I thought the green one was Jet at first. Until I saw that the title was "SxS." Human Scourge does look creepily like Human Jet... You can tell the difference in the anthro forms, but they still are quite similar in that respect. Definitely not personality-wise, though. Not even close (Jet's more of a laid-back and lazier version of Sonic, while Scourge, of course, is Sonic's polar opposite).
